I am a nature and wildlife photographer based in Costa Rica, captivated by the extraordinary biodiversity of the tropical rainforest. Photographing mostly with a Nikon Z50 II and its kit lenses, I focus on the small, vivid and often-overlooked life of the jungle — strawberry poison dart frogs, vipers, toucans and aracaris, hummingbirds, butterflies and other insects, mushrooms and wildflowers — as well as the rivers, canals and misty forest scenes that surround them. I aim for clean compositions and honest, natural color that let each subject speak for itself. Every image in my portfolio is my own work, captured in the field. I hope these photographs help others discover and celebrate a corner of the world that is as fragile as it is beautiful.
